Meet Your BODY MENTOR

Following her early years in team sports, Pia began training at the gym and quickly realised how it strengthened both her body and mind. She moved cities and continents, but training remained her constant.

Evolving in to motherhood, she struggled finding the time and motivation to train. Looking for more efficient ways of training, she developed her own style that kept her engaged, and challenged her to push herself further.

She discovered that consistency was key. She developed a taste for a balanced, nutritious diet. She focused on progress over perfection. She grew her understanding of progressive overload and found a love of hybrid training.

Although she spent less time in the gym, she became fitter, leaner and stronger than ever before. Her passion for fitness was reignited as she saw tangible, lasting results.

She was approached by women asking for her training tips and created her own training programme - assisting other women on their fitness journey to achieve the same results.
